RICS Level 2 Survey

The RICS Level 2 Survey (formerly known as a Homebuyers Report) is the most popular home survey for residential property purchases.

Th report provides detail on the general condition of the property with advice on repairs and routine maintenance. The RICS Level 2 Survey is best suited for conventional houses, bungalows and flats, built from common materials and in a fair state of repair. The RICS Level 2 Survey identifies significant and serious red flags which could affect the value of the property and an onward sale.
