Lantic Building Surveyors is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors based in the South West.

The consultancy was established by founding director Dan Sweeney and named after Lantic Bay, a beautiful rugged beach hidden away in deepest South East Cornwall.

We are a niche and specialist commercial and residential building surveying practice, established in 2019, with a tight-nit team providing a director-led service to our clients. The director team is completed by Justin Tyson, Gavin Scriven and Anthony Fallon. The team is supported by office managers Jenna and Hannah.

We are based in the South-West of England but go where our clients need us. We pride ourselves on being a director owned and managed company; all of us are well versed, passionate and have expertise in the services offered to you. Each director has over a decade of experience gained from larger industry leading consultancies. Our collective experience spans over half a century, which we constantly seek to improve and innovate upon.
