Lantic Building Surveyors is a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors practicing in Bristol and the surrounding area.
The consultancy was established by founding director Dan Sweeney in 2019 and named after Lantic Bay, a beautiful rugged beach hidden away in deepest South East Cornwall. The director team was completed by Justin Tyson in 2021.
We are a niche and specialist residential building surveying practice, providing a director-led service to our clients. The team is supported by our survey coordinator Jenna.
